Delete your MatchPadd account

In the app (fastest)

Open the MatchPadd app, go to Profile, and tap Delete account. Deletion happens right away.

Agents, on the web

Sign in at matchpadd.com/login, open Settings, and use Delete account.

By email

Can't use the app? Email support@matchpadd.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

For buyers: your profile, saved and passed homes, search filters, messages, Story activity, and any agent connections. Agents lose access to your activity immediately.

For agents: your profile and photos, listings and Stories (removed from the app), integrations and settings, and any paid subscription is cancelled. Records other people rely on, such as completed transactions and referral cases, are kept with your personal details removed.

We keep only what we're required to, such as billing records and records of reports or enforcement actions involving your account, as described in our Privacy Policy.
